Miso Ginger Wild Salmon
- Mix miso paste, hoisin sauce, ginger, brown sugar and orange juice.
- Cut thawed salmon fillet to 8oz portions (pull pin bones prior to that). Place individual portions in a zip lock bag and add marinade. Marinate refrigerated for 1-2 hours (more than that is better).
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Lightly spray with olive oil. Bake 10 minutes at 450F and high heat broil for 3-5 min to finish it.
- Serve with black rice and enjoy.
